Mr Col Lin Yeo started his working life at the Monash University Centre for Biomedical Engineering, providing medical technology consultancy services to the state government of Victoria, Australia and also companies such as KPMG and Sinclair Knight Merz. He then moved to Thailand and worked for an Independent Service Organisation, providing outsourced biomedical engineering services to hospitals.

In 2006, Mr Yeo started his career with Sodexo Thailand as Business Development Manager. He became the Business Development Director for Thailand and Laos two years later, followed by taking on the challenge of becoming the Country Manager of Sodexo Malaysia in 2011. In December 2014, he became the Regional Business Development Director for Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines; and also the General Manager of the Medical Technology Management services in Sodexo Thailand.

Mr Yeo took on the role of Director of Sales and Business Development for Healthcare, Asia Pacific, in September 2015. He is tasked with growing the Sodexo healthcare market in 14 Asia Pacific countries and expanding the business portfolio to include Integrated Facilities Management services, such as Clinical Technology Management and Technical Facilities Management services.

Mr Yeo graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and a Master of Engineering (Biomedical) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
