Synopsis - Talent Management - A Key Strategic Investment

Once an organization determines its strategy, it must then be structured well to execute that strategy.  Further, it must be constantly staffed at the top with the right talent year after year. This will require adjusting that talent on a regular basis. This ‘adjusting’ is called Talent Management: ensuring the right talent is in the right place, at the right time, in the right amount and with the right motivation. And to be successful, this work must have the active sponsorship of the Chief Executive. This presentation will share a successful Talent Management approach, describing how one Chief Executive provides the Board of Directors assurance of the continuity of leadership talent required to deliver results year after year.
