Synopsis - TTSH Patient Value Journey

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) was founded on a legacy of compassion, philanthropy and care in 1844. Over the years, as we pledge to serve, care and heal, we set out to define Patient Value and how our patients and families could play an active role in shaping the future of patient-centred care.
Traditional components of patient value such as good outcomes and safe care are largely considered by patients of today as “given” in any healthcare episode.
