Synopsis - Reputation And Its Risks
Today, organisations are accountable to more stakeholders than ever. These stakeholders have power and a voice, and are often willing to use both to interact with firms, advance social issues, and discuss the customer experience. That means that the firm’s reputation will be more important than ever before, and more easily damaged. To better understand the importance of and dynamics around corporate reputation, Michael will discuss three forms of reputational risk and illustrate each with current events. As the audience, you will be asked how these forms of reputational risk apply to your firm.
