Mr Dennis Lee is a Director of RSM Risk Advisory with 15 years of audit, internal audit and risk management experience. He is actively involved in providing Enterprise Risk Management services to Singapore Listed companies, fund management companies, family managed businesses and statutory boards across a wide array of industries covering healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, engineering and construction, property development and Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Mr Lee holds a Certificate in Risk Management Assurance and has assisted numerous listed companies in complying with the enhanced SGX Listing Rules as well as in addressing risk governance requirements specified in the Code of Corporate Governance.

He was speaker and panelist at the 2015 Charities Conference organised by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and was the co-author of the Risk Governance for The Third Sector Workbook. Mr Lee is a qualified resident trainer for the Social Service Institute.
