Narongrid is a well rounded business executive with proven experiences and spanned roles in hi-tech manufacturing, supply chain management and healthcare service industry of many leading multinational companies. He has developed keen interest in embracing logistics and supply chain excellence in healthcare industry, not only in Thailand but a strong hold on of ASEAN business climate.

Since 2007, he has leveraged his expertise in logistics, supply chain and management in healthcare industry by working as Managing Director of N Health, a leading healthcare service solution provider supporting the medical laboratory diagnostic, supply chain management, infection control and biomedical engineering for more than 700 leading hospitals as well as clinical research in Asia. N Health is a subsidiary of Bangkok Dusit Medical Service (BDMS), the largest hospital group in Asia Pacific and the SET top 50 listed companies.

Currently, he is CEO of Non Hospital Group of BDMS, Management Board of Director of BDMS; Board of Director of A.N.B. Laboratories Co., Ltd. (or ANB), a subsidiary of BDMS; Board of Director of Bangkok Hatyai Hospital; Board of Director of Bangkok Hospital Khonkaen; and Academic Committee for Biomedical Engineering Major of Science Faculty of Rangsit University, Thailand.

Synopsis
Healthcare industry is a growing industry matching with the world mega trend of aging society. The industry comprises of various sectors, including medical equipment and supplies, pharmaceutical, healthcare services and many more. Healthcare providers face pressures of managing and connecting with these sectors while delivering high-quality medical care with effective costs. In addition, serving a patient involves many transactions from patient registration, diagnose, treatment to payment. Some healthcare providers may focus on individual transactions.

However, to provide a strategic overview, these transactions can be categorized into three flows which are physical flow, information flow and financial flow.
