Mr James TOI is the Chief Operating Officer (Ambulatory) at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He graduated from the National University of Singapore and started his career as a Marketing and Application Engineer.

He established a successful career during his 10 years in the private sector before moving on to the public healthcare. In healthcare, he started with SGH and over the years, acquired experiences in an acute tertiary hospital, a specialist national centre, a voluntary welfare organization community hospital, chronic sick and nursing home, a family medicine clinic and an academic medical centre. Having been with the public healthcare for almost 20 years, he continues to make significant contributions to Singapore's healthcare industry.
