Prof. Steve Shaha is a recognised outcomes researcher and expert in IT, Outcomes Research and Continuous Improvement. He has 30+ years of consulting, lecturing and speaking globally within a variety of healthcare models, and has advised 200+ healthcare organisations, and 11 governments on 4 continents.

Prof. Shaha has 200+ professional papers, 100+ peer-reviewed publications in print, and three books. In April 2015, he was an invited presenter to the United Nations in NYC. Recently he won the Don Walker Award for Top Research at the HISA Health Info Conference of Australia (2014), and the Ray L. Casterline Award: Federation of State Medical Boards, USA.

Prof. Shaha holds two master’s degrees, and two doctorates: Research Methods and Applied Statistics (UCLA) and Business Administration (LaSalle). He is former Research Director for Intermountain Healthcare, KLAS Research and Gartner Group, and co-author of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award for the USA. He has advised 50+ of the top 100 non-healthcare organisations, for example Disney, Coca-Cola, Ritz-Carlton, Time Warner, Marriott, IBM, AT&T, and New Line Cinema. He has lectured at 25+ universities globally, among them Harvard, Cambridge (UK), the King’s College, Macquarie University (Sydney), UCLA, Princeton, Michigan, Cornell, Columbia and Zayed (UAE).

Synopsis
