Mr Lim Sau Siong is the Vice President (Food Distribution) of Singapore Food Industries Pte. Ltd. (SFI), a wholly owned subsidiary of SATS. SFI is a leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products to wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, restaurants and institutional establishments. Prior to this, he was the Senior General Manager of the Institutional Catering Division of SFI with significant experience in the area of large scale institutional catering and food value chain.

Before joining SFI, Mr Lim was a Senior Army officer with the Singapore Armed Forces with 26 years of military working experience holding senior military logistics appointments. His key appointments included the Chief Supply and Transport Officer, and the Chief Transport Officer.

Mr Lim  is the Board Director of SFI Manufacturing Pte Ltd and Primary Industries Pte Ltd. He graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the National University of Singapore, specialising in Transportation Systems and Management and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
