Dr Ee is pivotal in transforming patient care at SHP. His vision of a care delivery system enabled by technology paved the way for implementation of innovative solutions such as electronic medical records to facilitate access to patient medical history at point of care;  consolidated billing and the use of self service kioks for patients to make payment and appointments.

New clinical services such as Family Physician Clinic and Nurse Clinician Service  as well as Telecare now provide integrated seamless care, especially for patients with chronic diseases such as Diabetes who require long term follow-up management. These have greatly enhanced the quality of care and convenience for patients as well as operational efficiency in all SingHealth polyclinics.
