 Presentation Synopsis
Delivering Value in Supply Chain for Healthcare Institutions

Johnson & Johnson launched CareAdvantage, a suite of holistic, insights-driven capabilities to partner health systems in navigating value-based care.

In supply chain, customer solutions were designed to help improve efficiency, decrease complexity, and reduce costs in support of health systems.

We heard from customers about the following areas of opportunities:
ineffective transactions (inefficient ordering processes, inaccurate price), inefficient inventory (high inventory holding costs, too many SKUs), inflexible operations (contracting complexities).

The team has partnered major health systems across various regions leading to positive pilots and commentaries. Partnerships surround the following areas of capabilities to address those needs:
Perfect Order
: Solutions designed to ensure the right product gets to the right place at the right time.
Inventory Optimization: Solutions designed to optimize inventory to deliver the highest level of service.
Logistics & Cost Transformation: Advanced delivery models and supply chain optimization solutions to reduce total cost of ownership

In this session, we will some of these stories of partnership and learning to encourage similar partnerships in Singapore.
