 Presentation Synopsis
Total Delivered Cost & Total Delivered Value

A key focus of the operations and supply chain teams of any organization should be to take waste out of the full chain, which can provide fuel for company growth. The entire chain needs to be reviewed for efficiency and be as lean as possible, which can be achieved through collaboration with suppliers and customers. Nestle adopts a Total Delivered Cost model and the presentation will cover key elements that Nestle and others assess that result in cost savings.

Total delivered value involves looking beyond the price of a product when analyzing and deciding on tenders and contracts. Participants will learn how food and nutrition can save money for health care systems by focusing on patient care improvement.
