Presentation Synopsis
Reshaping Last Mile Deliveries

With the evolution of e-commerce gradually changing the landscape of consumer purchasing, the healthcare sector is well-poised to leverage capabilities of delivery networks to be inclusive and also provide an excellent customer experience. The proliferation of online services allows citizens to procure healthcare services, and big data and internet of things (IoT) allows more possibilities than ever for efficient and time-sensitive deliveries.

This session explores how strategic usage of networks and technology can get medicines safely into the hands of patients, taking a load off healthcare professionals and retail outlets to give an all-round better customer experience.
