Mr Isaac championed initiatives to embed performance culture in teams which spurred learning and paved towards adaptive structure to operate in dynamic environment and disruptive business models. In his current role, Isaac has introduced practices in the private sector to transform processes and structure in the Public Sector, it’s a targeted response to digitizing, sharing economy and collaboration. Isaac enjoyed the time living in Hong Kong and The Netherlands, he is enriched by the cultural mix and appreciates that opportunity arise from diversity.
