Mr Thomas Laurion, Asia Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director of 3M Singapore, has worked 35 years in 3M manufacturing and supply chain spanning a broad range of operational and business experiences. During this time he has spent 15 years in 3M’s Health Care Divisions in 2 manufacturing plants and new product/process development 3M R&D Center, located in St Paul Minnesota, USA.

He is currently Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director, 3M Asia Region and is located here in Singapore. His responsibilities cover 24 manufacturing plants, 47+ distribution centers and 6000+ employees across the region.
