Gina Toh is the first female CEO in ISS Singapore. She is a home-grown talent, and she has supported in Singapore’s growth journey since she started in 2001. Her experience includes managing a wide and diverse portfolio comprising sales, business strategy, services integration and operations over the past 21 years. Under her leadership, she led the organisation through the pandemic, sharpened its focus on business segments and services, develop and attract talents with diverse background and experiences, and accelerating capability in providing workplace experience and facility management. With her strong people focus, ISS achieved two awards from Singapore Business Review on Employee Engagement and Innovator of the Year in 2021.
ISS is a people-centered business, and Gina remains inspired to make a difference, especially to the 8,000 placemakers who have faithfully been providing essential services to make the world work better.
