Presentation Synopsis
Leadership Development of Healthcare Administrators

The last decade, healthcare in Singapore and in other countries had to transform to face the demands and expectations of ageing population and constantly increasing healthcare costs.

There was and is pressure to integrate, so as to support the fundamental and conceptual shift of healthcare to health.

The Healthcare Leadership College (HLC), a division of MOH Holdings, was formed in 2012 to respond to the gaps through the medium of leadership. It was built on the foundation of purpose, values and competencies, the Why, the What and the How.
