 Presentation Synopsis
From the Operating Room to the Board Room

Physicians and surgeons are highly trained professionals with specialised skill sets, which could be in conflict with a healthcare management and administration role. It is therefore unsurprising that many physicians and surgeons shun such responsibilities.

A/Prof Ng will share on his personal journey, experiences and leadership lessons gleaned over the years from his diverse roles as a neurosurgeon to a healthcare leader. His path from the operating room to the board room is one of self-discovery, driven by a strong conviction and hope.
