Mrs Koh Huey Bing has close to 20 years of healthcare experience; of which 14 years were with Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Her experience covers communications and public relations, service and process improvement through lean methodologies, human resource development, staff engagement, leadership and organisation development (OD).

Mrs Koh supports leadership in defining the strategic and operational direction in the leadership and OD plan to build organisational health and effectiveness. She also oversees the development of OD expertise and processes to support cluster and institutional OD initiatives.

Mrs Koh’s career aspiration is to help build an organisation culture where staff are engaged and inspired to be co-owners and co-creators of a healthcare enterprise marked by an outstanding value system and future orientation. It is a culture where leadership is collective, people are aspirational, bold, daring and committed to make a difference - to ‘chart new oceans’ for healthcare. At a personal level, Mrs Koh sees her best contribution as an “influencer”. Blessed by many good leaders who have both directly or indirectly enabled her growth, her mission is to “create positive value” with colleagues and partners to build new insights and explore new boundaries.
