Ms Cindy Lim is a graduate from University of Western Australia, majoring in Commerce (Marketing & E-Business). She has supported several key projects, with ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) being one of them since she first joined TTSH in 2009.

Ms Lim is an Operations administrator supporting the TTSH Department of General Surgery and is responsible for administering vital operational functions for the department. Her work spans across areas such execution of operational policies, quality improvement and financial management.

As a member of the ERAS Core team in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, she is involved in the implementation of ERAS and its elements into both the surgical and non-surgical care pathways in TTSH. She supports and operationalise productivity improvements plans and is integral in ensuring that processes are streamlined amongst the various ERAS stakeholders.

The ERAS Program in TTSH has seen over 700 patients benefiting from improved outcomes in areas such as reduced hospital bill sizes and reduced length of stay, in addition to reduced readmission rates when compared to conventional approaches.
