Mr Geoffrey Gui heads the Division of Organisation Planning & Performance (OPP) in Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He leads the planning and performance arm of SGH which comprise five departments: Accreditation & Licensing (A&L), Strategy Management & Analytics (SMA), Preparedness & Response (P&R), Process Transformation & Improvement (PTI) and Process Transformation & Improvement - Technology (PTI-Tech). 

With more than 10 years of experience in the public healthcare sector, Mr Gui has helmed various portfolios in the areas of Service Operations, Facility Planning and Quality & Risk Management Network in SGH. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Healthcare practitioner, Mr Gui is one of the master trainers in quality improvement at SGH. His interests are in healthcare quality improvement as well as organisation excellence and transformation. Mr Gui has also served as the director in CEO’s Office at Bright Vision Hospital in 2014-15. His stint in providing hospital administration support to the CEO and overseeing daily operations and governance of the hospital gave him the perspectives and experience of running an organisation in the Intermediate and Long Term Care sector. 

As a trained dietitian, Mr Gui is an avid wellness and health promoter with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney (Australia). He also received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Singapore Management University.
