Dr Bernard Lim is an Organisational Psychologist. As Director of the Leadership and Organisational Development Division at MOH Holdings (MOHH), he leads a team that oversees leadership effectiveness, Organisational Development and corporate planning, and also supports the public healthcare's efforts in Leadership and Organisational Development. 
Prior to his current position, Dr Lim worked with the Ministry of Defence as Director of its Defence Psychology Department. His research interests include Employee Engagement, Organisational Development, Assessment, Leadership Effectiveness and Strategic Planning.

Leadership For Today And Tomorrow's Healthcare
As public healthcare transforms from beyond Hospital to Community,beyond Quality to Value and beyond Healthcare to Health, the quality of leadership in healthcare will be an important enabler to realise and sustain these changes.

Interviews were conducted with local healthcare leaders from across the clusters and at different levels to understand the leadership qualities that would be needed to support the transformations in public healthcare.

This presentation will provide an overview of the research and what the findings mean to the public healthcare family.
