Ms Teoh Zsin Woon is currently Deputy Secretary (Development) at the Ministry of Health, overseeing the Ageing Planning Office, the Manpower Planning & Strategy Division, and the Infrastructure Planning & Policy Division.

Ms Teoh started her career in the Civil Service as Senior Assistant Director (Personnel Department), Ministry of Environment, and subsequently held leadership positions in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower, Workforce Development Authority and the Ministry of National Development before her appointment in 2011 as Group Director, Ageing Planning Office, Ministry of Health, in 2011. The Ageing Planning Office provides secretariat support for the Ministerial Committee on Ageing (MCA) and drive the City for All Ages (CFAA) project.

Ms Teoh graduated from University of Oxford in the United Kingdom in 1995.
