Mr Jimmy Khoo is a supply chain executive with more than 20 years of extensive regional and global supply chain experiences. He is a confident and proven Change Leader. He aspires to lead a team of direct reports and peers in achieving competitive advantages of an enterprise by formulating and implementing Integrated Supply Chain Strategies that forge team synergy and create values to shareholders, customers and employees.

Synopsis

SC 10 - Improve Care Delivery Performance through Supply Chain Transformation – BD Greater Asia Experience 

Mr Khoo will share the supply chain transformation journey over the last 4 years with the focus on elevating its supply chain performance to support Asia healthcare industry. He will touch on various topics related to Globalization, Regional Distribution Centre, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand/Supply Planning COE, Share Service Centre; and how these initiatives help to improve care delivery via a suite or performance and cost metrics dashboards. Mr Khoo will also briefly touch on next wave of initiatives to continually improving its customer centric supply chain network.
