Dr CHONG Yoke Sin

Dr Chong was previously CEO of NCS, the largest systems integration company in Singapore, and was instrumental in its growth as a regional IT company with businesses in China, Australia, Middle East and South East Asia.
 
Dr Chong is also a Board member of National Kidney Foundation, Assisi Hospice, Honorary Secretary of the Board for CHIJ Schools, Chairman of Innova Junior College Advisory Board, Deputy Chairman of Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of InfoComm Technology Advisory Committee, member of Board of Governors of Republic Polytechnic and member of Institute of Systems Science Advisory Board. She was also a member of the E-Government MasterPlanning Supervisory Committee.
 
Dr Chong holds a PhD in Chemistry and attended the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School in 1998. She is also a Certified Healthcare Informatics Management Professional (CPHIMS). She was awarded the National University of Singapore Outstanding Alumni Award in 2007.
