Call for Abstracts
All healthcare institutions are invited to submit abstracts in the following categories.
There are no limits to number of entries for each participant.
Posters should be based on works completed in 2011 - 2012. Please submit your abstract by 31st May 2013.

Suppliers’ Entries
(For Singapore Healthcare Supply Chain Management Congress 2013 only)
Suppliers entries must comprise of initiatives or joint-initiatives developed with a Singapore based public healthcare institution.
Awards
1. The top 3 best posters for each category will receive an award.
2. For the Best Overall Entry for the most impactful works in the 2 segments, we have the following:
• Singapore Healthcare Supply Chain Management Award 2013
• Singapore Healthcare Management and Singapore Healthcare Enterprise Risk Management Award 2013
3. The appointed Committee will review all abstracts and shortlisted entrants will be contacted for an interview (where necessary), oral and poster presentations.
4. All poster finalists will be required to ensure set up on specific dates/times as advised by Organiser.
Submission Guidelines
1. Main author can submit abstracts to more than one main and sub-categories. Please email the scanned
copies of the forms to the secretariat at [email protected] before the
submission closing deadline on 31 May 2013.
2. Fill in the following sections in page 3 of this document. Total word count should not be more than 300.
• State Aim(s) of study.
• State Method(s) and subject used, as relevant.
• Summarise Result(s) obtained.
• State Conclusion(s) reached. It is not satisfactory to state, "The results will be discussed".
3. Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Place special or unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full
word the first time it appears. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
4. The use of tables, graphs and other types of images in abstracts is not permitted.
5. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
