Mr Reagan Lim has 10 years of experience in the area of governance, risk and compliance with listed companies, across multiple industries and sectors in the region. Over the course of his career, he has undertaken numerous risk and governance advisory works for both public and private organisations in his capacity as an external consultant, as well as an in-house risk management specialist. His expertise includes design of various risk operating models and review of their maturity against leading practices, development of pragmatic risk management strategies, including risk reporting and monitoring mechanisms, as well as operationalizing and integrating the various risk management building blocks in business processes and decision-making.

Prior to joining City Developments Limited Group as Head of Risk Management, he was with Protiviti, a global consulting firm, where he led numerous risk advisory and transformation projects in South-East Asia to help clients achieve their governance and risk management agendas. In the last two years, he has been invited to speak at public forums in Singapore and Malaysia on the topic of governance, risk and sustainability reporting as well as to provide training to C-Suites and professionals.

Mr Lim holds a graduate diploma in Enterprise Risk Management from National University of Singapore and a Masters of Risk & Investment Management from the EDHEC Business School, a leading international business school based in France.
